35 Days to Go on my 5 Week challenge

 My 5 week challenge started yesterday. 37 days to lose 1 whole stone. 35 days still to go as of today.

Today's progress - I have controlled my calories. I have resisted someone bringing in cream cakes for their birthday!! I have done my exercise.

This morning before work I did a short routine (about 5 minutes in total) consisting of:

  • 100 abs/crunches
  • 10 press ups
  • 10 triceps
  • 5 burpees
  • 10 punches
  • 10 front kicks

I have also been to the gym.Today was Personal Training for one hour of hell.

My PT today included:
  • Stair-master - double and single steps, fast and slow at intervals
  • Abs with weights
  • Shoulder work with weight
  • Tricep work with weight
  • Alternating planks (up onto hands and down onto elbows)
  • Rolling planks (elbow on gym ball and rolling)
  • Cross trainer interval climbs
  • Running on an incline
  • Pushing (making the treadmill go when its not turned on!)
  • Abs with weights
  • Abs
Steps in total = 9,000. 

Tomorrow I am off to the gym again! 35 days to go. I can do this. :)
