Cereal (diet) killer!

 As part of my 5 week challenge that I have set for myself, I shall be spending two evenings per week having cereal. 

I have tried this approach before. Normal breakfast, lunch as usual. Then for two evenings each week, cut it back and have cereal with lots of fruit and skimmed milk. Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, bananas - they all go really well. 

The last time I did this, the pounds melted away, and being just two evenings, I didn't feel hungry and I didn't feel like I was missing out. Last time it was Special K cereal in different flavours. 

This time, I'm changing it a bit. I'm currently on Weight Watchers cereals - plan, and one with apple. I also have some quaker oats sachets in different flavours. I have Special K porridge pots too. So I can change what I have, or have it warm if cold cereal doesn't appeal. 

Last time it really seemed to kick start my metabolism and boost the weight loss. Hopefully, that will be the case this time too. Fingers crossed :)
