As of this morning, I have lost 3 pounds of the 14 I need to lose. Unfortunately the scales were up 1.2lbs this morning. I'm sure it will be down again tomorrow, this is the drawback to weighing myself everyday. However, that means 11 pounds to go, which means 3lbs per week is still the target I must hit. 31/2 weeks left. Got to keep going.
It is Sunday today. I have been good food wise, though I did have a few shorts last night, so I do need to be very careful today.
Being a Sunday I did not do my usual morning routine. I also have very sore thighs and I ache a lot. This is a result of 5 gym sessions this week, including 2 with my PT! I needed a day off the gym today.
However, me and my other half have been out for a long walk in the Consall Valley - up and down hilly paths on rough terrain. Walked 3 1/2 km so that's good. I have done a little housework too, and am on 8000 steps. I will easily hit my 11,000 step target today, which is excellent for a non gym day.
24 days to go, 11lb to go. Tomorrow is PT. I can feel that tomorrow I will see a good drop. Got to keep going anyway!! 24 more days. Its a deal. Come back for more on my progress as I get closer to the target date. Its a challenge that is for sure!!
