Resolution 8 is one I will struggle with. I just am not a water drinker. However I am at an age where my skin is showing ageing, and water is the best thing ever for your skin.
Plus it flushes your body out, which is good for your digestion. An added bonus is that it fills you up, which will become very important when I begin the diet and exercise (resolutions 1 & 3).
I need to try and drink more water, and regularly. So there it is - resolution 8 - drink more water.
