3 Day Diet on a weekend!!

Usually I do the 3 day diet in the week. This weekend though, because I went out for a meal last night, I decided to start on a Sunday.

So today's gourmet menu is:

  • Breakfast - 1 round toast with peanut butter and half a grapefruit
  • Lunch - 1 round toast with cottage cheese
  • Tea - 2 slices meat, green beans and carrots
  • Dessert - vanilla ice cream and an apple
Sounds delightful doesn't it? My thinking is that because the scales have gone up a little bit this morning - 2 lbs which isn't much, and I know why - a larger meal than usual plus a few cheeky beverages!! That is why I thought getting back on it today, rather than wait until Monday would work wonders. 

I'm hoping to be considerably lighter when I weigh myself in the morning than I was last Monday. I really want to get under that stone mark this week. 

Today I weight 13 stone 6lb. Thats 1 stone 4lbs lighter than at Christmas, but I still want to lose about the same again. I have 4 weeks and 2 days. Its a tall order. 

Got no choice but to go all out. Here I go again!! Breakfast and lunch survived. Onto tea now, and the best part is the ice-cream. I can do this. No worries! :)
