The 30 squat challenge is hard. Don't let anyone tell you it isn't.
30 days of gradually increasing numbers of squats, with a rest day every 4th day. Unfortunately, that just means rest from squats, not rest completely. My last rest day was Friday - PT day, so that didn't quite work in right, but there you go.
Today's epic number required is 135 squats. Currently, I am up to 60 squats done, which means I still need to do another 75. Arghh!!
I shall indeed have a "squats" bottom by the end of this. Either that or I won't be able to walk properly! Got to tough it out now its getting tough.
Whose daft idea was this? Oh yes, mine! :)
