Gosh what a shocker that weigh in was this morning!! Still can't quite believe it, but it got me to the gym this evening that's for sure!!
I ran for 1 1/2 miles, burning 188 cals, with a 10 cal warm up. I then walked on an incline for 52 cals. Followed by 100 cals on the stepper and 50 cals on the cross trainer. 400 cals burned in total.
I had already walked quite a bit today too, so up to 14,000 steps which is great. I've eaten healthily and laid off the carbs this evening. I opted for veg - cauli, broccoli, carrots and courgettes with quorn fillets. My stomach isn't half gurgling now though!!
If I can do this everyday, I can crack it. Good start and hoping for a drop on those scales tomorrow!!
I go to London on Sunday- it would be fab to get a few pounds shifted first!! :)
