Last night's PT

It was back to PT last night after a week's break. The sudden realisation that its only 9 weeks until hols hit home, so off I trotted.

Last night he put me through this:

  • 5 min run on treadmill
  • Dead lifts with weights and bar - 3 sets of 15 with 2 orange weights each end
  • Side squats and skip up and down the studio - 3 x 2 lengths
  • Dead lifts with weights and bar - 1 set of 15 with 3 orange weights each end
  • Side squats and skip up and down the studio - 2 lengths
  • 2 min run on treadmill
  • Forward lunges with weight bar - 3 sets of 15 
  • 3 x 2 min run on treadmill
  • Burpee with push up and jump up onto 2 step boxes - 3 sets of 12 reps
  • Squat and jump onto 2 step boxes - 3 sets of 12 reps
  • 3 x 2 min run on treadmill
  • Bench press with weight bar - 3 sets of 15 reps
  • Box jump and step down - 3 sets of 10 reps
It was quite a session and I was dripping with sweat. The best feeling ever is when its all over, and I'm having a lovely hot shower. Washing that salty sweat away is the best feeling ever!!
