Tonight's PT

Another hard session done. Harder than ever tonight. Here is the slog that he put me through this time:

  • 800m run on treadmill
  • Power clean with deep squat with weight bar - 3 x 10 reps
  • Runs up and down the studio - 6 lengths x 3 reps
  • Clean and jerk - 3 x 10 reps
  • Run to end of studio - 10 lunge jumps x 3 reps
  • Run to other end - 20 star jumps x 3 sets
  • Walking lunges length of studio with weight bar - 3 sets
  • Body weight lunges length of studio x 3 sets
  • Runs up and down the studio - 6 lengths x 3 sets
  • Kettle bell swings 12KG - 3 x 12 reps
  • Burpee with box jump - 3 x 8 reps
  • TRX squat jumps - 1 set of 20 reps
  • TRX squat jumps  - 2 sets of 15 reps
  • Kettle bell squats from step box - 1 set of 20 reps
  • Kettle bell squats from step box - 2 sets of 15 reps
Absolutely finished me off!! Worth it though. Great feeling to have survived it!!
