Tonight's PT

It was PT again this evening, and it was as tough as ever. I do feel that I am getting stronger in my arms now, which is a good thing!

This is what he put me through this evening:

  • cross trainer - 3 x 90 seconds sprints at 100rpm
  • leg press - 3 x 15 reps on a decent weight
  • deep squat and jump - 3 x 20 reps
  • Bench press - 3 x 15 reps
  • Side lunge and weight bar pass - 3 x 30 reps
  • Cross trainer sprints - 3 x 90 second sprints at 85rpm +
  • Forward lunge with weight bar - 4 x 12 reps
  • standing planks - 4 sets of 12 reps
  • Kettle bell swings - singles and doubles alternating - 4 sets of 6 reps
  • Bench press on floor - 4 sets of 12 reps
  • 2 minute sprint on treadmill to finish
It was hardcore, but I actually quite enjoyed it tonight. Roll-on gym bunny body!! :)
