26 day squat challenge

It should be the 30 day squat challenge, but I have only got 26 days to go until my holiday. So, I am starting at day 5 if that makes sense!!

So starting this morning, I shall commence my squat challenge once again. It should be 50 to start with, but as I have skipped the first four days, I'm at 70 squats to begin. Day 1 - 50, Day 2 - 60, Day 3 65, and then a rest day to be precise.

Day 5 it is then and off we go. All part of my frantic attempt with just less than 4 weeks to go to try and look better than I do right now. I can work wonders in that time - I can and I will.

Exercise is the key this time. I tried the 3 day diet before my last holiday, but all I seemed to do was buggar up my metabolism.

I'm going to try and stick to a calorie controlled intake each day, ramp up the exercise and drink lots of water and green tea or Boo tea. It has to be done.

I am not going on holiday the weight I am now - I look like I should be harpooned. Not going to happen - bikini here I come!
