Last night's PT

It was PT again last night. I'd missed 3 sessions on account of going to London 2 weekends ago, and Manchester last weekend. So I knew I was in for it and he did not disappoint!! Hellish but weirdly enjoyable! Sad but true.

This is what entailed:

  • 400m run to warm up on treadmill
  • 12 squats to box (ass to the grass) with weight bar (2 orange)
  • 15 burpees onto step
  • 400m sprint on treadmill
  • 12 squats to box (ass to the grass) with weight bar (2 orange)
  • 15 burpees onto step
  • 400m sprint on treadmill
  • 12 squats (ass to the grass) with weight bar (2 orange)
  • 15 burpees onto step
  • 15 squats with no weight
  • 400m sprint on treadmill
  • pull ups on machine - 3 x 10 reps
  • squats and box jumps - 3 x 15 reps
  • backward row machine - 3 x 12 reps 
  • backward row machine - 1 x 20 reps
  • box burpees - 3 x 15 reps
  • weight bar chest press on bench - 3 x 15 reps
  • leg raise on bench - 3 x 20 reps
  • 200m sprint x 3 reps
