Last nights' PT

PT again last night, he was fresh back from his hols so I knew I was for it! This was last nights (actually very enjoyable) session:

  • 400m run
  • Squats with weight bar (ass to the grass style - actually put my bum on the step!) 4 x 15 reps
  • Air squats with arms up - 4 sets of 30 reps
  • 4 sets of 2 min run 6mph on incline
  • Squat thrusts - 4 sets of 15 reps
  • Leading leg forward lunge and skip - 4 sets of 10 each leg
  • 4 sets of 2 min run on incline
  • stair master - 6 minutes alternating single and double steps
  • Core work - 1 set of twisting abs with feet raised and full sit up every 4 reps (10 sets)
  • Sit up with weight and leg pulse (15 reps)
  • Full sit up and knee twist (20 reps)
  • 2 min run to finish on the flat
OMG it was hard work last night, but I kept in mind that I have 4 weeks to get my butt in gear and my body in the best shape I can manage. Its a tall order so the effort is more than welcome!!
