Thursday night's PT

Thursday session consisted of:

  • 5 minute run to start
  • Box step ups - alternating legs - 3 sets of 15 reps per leg (2 boxes)
  • Squat to box - 3 sets of 30 reps
  • Rope pulls - 6 sets of 30 second pulls
  • 3 sets of 5 full burpees with jumps
  • 3 sets of standing squats - 30 reps
  • Cross trainer hills increasing - 5 minutes of steady increases
  • Squats with weight bar - 4 sets of squats to step box x 10 reps
  • Lateral pull down - 3 sets of 15 reps
  • Side lunges alternating - 2 sets of 15 reps
  • 1 set of free squats
  • 3 sets of box burpees - 15 reps
  • kettle bell swings - 3 sets of 15 reps
  • Free weight clean and sweep alternating - 1 set of 15 reps per arm
It was exhausting!! I enjoyed it though. My legs are getting strong now :)
