Tonight's Personal Training

It was PT again tonight. Here is what tonight's session consisted of:

  • cross trainer warm up - 4 mins
  • 30 min sprints intervals on cross trainer x 4 sets
  • 4 x 90 second treadmill sprints on level 2 incline 6mph +
  • 4 x sit up and weight ball throws - 10 reps
  • 4 x 10 squat jumps onto box
  • box burpees - 4 x 1 minute reps
  • 4 x medicine ball rolling planks 4 x 1 minute reps
  • 4 x chest press - 1 minute reps
  • TRX upright row - 3 x 12 reps
  • TRX wide arm pull - 3 x 10 reps
  • TRX deep squat jump and lunge jumps - 3 sets of 10 reps
  • 3 x 16KG kettle bell swings - 10 reps
  • 3 x lengths of studio bunny jumping (ow ow ow ow it burns!)
  • 3 sets of 3 lengths running the studio
  • 6 lengths of the studio jogging
It was hard hard hard and my arms and legs burn, my backside burns - everything pretty much.
