Tonight's PT - a hot and sweaty affair!

Tonight was a particularly hot and sweaty affair! Even by my standards I was a big red faced mess this evening!!

Here is what he put me through:

  • 4 minute run to start with on treadmill 6mph
  • 4 sets of 10 push ups on the step
  • 4 x 1 minute incline sprint on treadmill
  • 4 sets of 10 box burpees and jumps
  • 4 sets of 12KG single arm kettle bell swings - 20 reps
  • 4 sets of 10 plank rotations
  • 4 x 1 minute sprints on stair master single steps 15 level
  • 4 x 1 minute sprints on stair master double steps 15 level
  • 3 sets of 2 lengths of studio walking lunge with weight bar
  • 3 sets of 6 lengths of studio running touch downs
  • 3 sets of 10 reps squat with weight bar and side lunge each side
  • 3 sets of 10 lengths of studio with squat touch at each end
I was and still am absolutely knackered. That also means that I have done 60 squats already of my required 100 squats today. I've done 10 more when I got home so 40 more to go. 

Squat challenge to be joined tomorrow by abs every day, plus PT twice per week and at least 2 more gym sessions per week. I shall be working it baby!! :)
