Last night's PT

Last night was an epic session and I loved it. This is what he put me through:

  • Cross trainer sprints - 5 minutes at 100rpm on the sprints
  • Dead lifts - 4 sets of 10 reps
  • 1 set of rotating planks - 20 reps
  • Rotating planks - 3 sets of 10 reps
  • 3 sets of 30 box jumps with half squat
  • 2 x 3 min runs on treadmill
  • 4 sets of 5 dead lifts on a heavier weight
  • 4 sets of 5 full burpees
  • 4 sets of side planks - 20 reps
  • 3 sets of kneel and stand ups with kettle bell - 10 reps
  • 3 sets of 20 bunny jumps to step box
  • 5 min run on treadmill
  • 2 x 30 second pushes on treadmill
One thing learned - I need to take a towel in with me next PT session - I was dripping!
