Tonights PT

Tonight's session has proper battered my legs!! Here is what tonight entailed:

  • 5 minute running on treadmill
  • 3 x 400m sprint rows
  • 3 x 20 squat thrusts
  • 3 x 1 minute box jumps with squats
  • 3 x 1 minute rope pulls
  • 3 x 10 sitting squat stands with weight bar
  • 3 x standing 1 minute rope pulls
  • 4 x 10 TRX full squats
  • 4 x 20 hover squat jumps
  • treadmill sprints - up to 9.6mph!
  • 15 box burpees
