- Kettle bell 20KG Sumo squats - 4 x sets of 20 reps
- Squat touch and jump 4 sets of 20 reps
- 3 sets of 10 knee stands with kettle bell on shoulder each leg
- 1 set of 20 knee stands with kettle bell
- Cross Trainer sprints and sitting sprints - 3 sets of 5 sitting and 1 sprint
- 3 sets of 2 back to back standing planks x 10 reps
- Increasing treadmill sprints starting at 30 seconds on 6.5mph and getting up to 9.5mph!
I was once again, a total sweaty mess!! Good session!
