Last night's PT

So it was PT again last night, and as per usual, it was horrendous!! But in a sort of good way:

  • 4 minute run to warm up
  • Kettle bell 20KG Sumo squats - 4 x sets of 20 reps
  • Squat touch and jump 4 sets of 20 reps
  • 3 sets of 10 knee stands with kettle bell on shoulder each leg
  • 1 set of 20 knee stands with kettle bell
  • Cross Trainer sprints and sitting sprints - 3 sets of 5 sitting and 1 sprint
  • 3 sets of 2 back to back standing planks x 10 reps
  • Increasing treadmill sprints starting at 30 seconds on 6.5mph and getting up to 9.5mph!
I was once again, a total sweaty mess!! Good session!
