Last nights PT

So once again it was PT last night. I am going again tomorrow too!! Committed or what?

So here are the gruelling details:

  • 400m run on treadmill
  • 1 x 30 reps of 12KG kettle bell swing
  • 1 x 20 reps of 16KG kettle bell swing
  • Chest press with free weight - 3 x 15 reps
  • 2 x 20 reps of 16KG kettle bell swing
  • Tricep curls on bench - 3 x 15 reps
  • 3 x 15 reps 16KG kettle bell swing each arm
  • Cross trainer sprints at 100RPM 1 minute x 5 sets
  • 5 x 15 kettle bell swings 16KG
  • Rope pull 4 x 1 minute pulls
  • 4 x 15 kettle bell swings
  • 5 minute stair master
