Saturday's PT

Saturday's PT session was my third gym visit in a row, and my second PT in 3 days. It was always going to be hard, but jees!!

Here is what he put me through today:

  • Cross trainer - 4 minute warm up increasing speed
  • Circuit consisting of
    • 4 sets of 20 box squat jumps
    • 4 sets of 30 side skip and side lunge
    • 4 sets of full burpee and hurdle jumps to side
  • Circuit consisting of
    • 3 sets of double squat press jumps and box squat jumps
    • 3 sets of 10 double jumps lengths
    • 3 sets of 10 burpees and forward hurdle jumps
  • 2 minutes sprint on treadmill
  • 10 minutes of boxing
