Tuesday night's PT

Tuesday night's PT was a session indeed!! Here is what he put me through:


  • 500m run on treadmill
  • deadlifts - 4 sets of 15 reps
  • 4 sets of studio runs (6 lengths) with straight arm burpee each end
  • 4 sets of walking lunge with extended arms - length of studio
  • 4 sets of studio runs with burpee press (6 lengths)
  • diverging pull down machine - 2 sets of 15 reps back to back
  • 90 second cross trainer sprint
  • diverging pull down machine - 2 sets of 12 reps back to back
  • 90 second cross trainer sprint
  • diverging pull down machine - 2 sets of 10 reps back to back
  • 90 second cross trainer sprint
  • 4 sets of abs with medicine ball throws - 20 reps each
  • 4 sets of burpee with medicine ball swing - 15 reps
  • 3 sets of squat thrusts - 20 reps
