The scales dropped ever so slightly again today - 12 stone 12.4lbs now - 0.4lb drop from yesterday. I am not weighing myself again now until Saturday. Weighing myself daily is a bad idea.
So today then. Cereal - Little Oats - for breakfast. Chicken sandwich for lunch after 4 hours of gardening!!
For tea, I've had Weight Watchers Chicken curry, and I've just had a frozen Chocolate Brownie for dessert. Yum!!
