Last night's PT

So it was off to PT again yesterday evening. Ramping it up now for sure!! Here is what he put me through last night:

  • half a mile run on treadmill
  • 4 x squats with weight bar - 10 reps
  • 4 x lat pull down - 15 reps
  • 4 x squat thrust - 15, then 12 reps
  • 4 x run and touch lunge - 20 reps
  • 4 x upright row with free weight - 15 reps each arm
  • 1 x 10 sets of 3 bicep curls with squat
  • 1 x 8 sets of 3 bicep curls with squat
  • 1 x 6 sets of 3 bicep curls with squat 
  • 1 x set of 10 burpee with press
  • 1 x set of 10 straight burpee
  • 1 x set of 8 burpee with press
  • 1 x set of 8 straight burpee
  • 1 x set of 6 burpee with press
  • 1 x set of 6 straight burpee
  • 6 min hill and flat running on treadmill
