So, tonight I have:
- walked to warm up - 10 cals
- run a mile on the treadmill - 120 cals
- burned 100 cals on the stepper
- burned 100 cals on the stair machine
- jogged half a mile to finish - 60 cals
- 100 abs - sit ups, crunches and leg raises
It was necessary and I feel good now, albeit a bit achy and tired!!
