Monday night's PT

It just occurred to me that I went to PT on Monday and haven't posted what it entailed!! So here is Monday's session:

  • Stairs - 3 minutes on double steps
  • Leg press - single leg - 3 x 20 reps per leg
  • Squat jumps - 3 x 20 reps
  • Row sprints - 500m, 400m, 300m
  • Squat thrusts with bar x 3 sets of 20 reps
  • Standing planks - 3 sets of 10 reps
  • Reverse lunge with TRX - 3 x 20 reps per leg
  • Squat jumps with TRX - 3 sets of 1 minute
  • Weight ball throws and squats - 3 sets of 30 reps
  • 8 burpees x 3 sets
  • Run on treadmill - 400m
