Tonight's PT

Tonight was the hardest yet!! Here is the gruelling session details for tonight:

  • 3 x 500m sprints on rower
  • 3 x squat thrusts with bar weight
  • bench press with 22 weight bar - 3 x 20 reps
  • bench press with 25 weight - 3 x 12 reps
  • squat touch and jump 6 x 20 reps
  • chest press on bench - 3 x 15 reps with free weights
  • dead lift with 2 kettle bells - 3 x 20 reps
  • 800m run on treadmill 
  • forward row on weight machine 3 x 10 reps
  • squat touch and jump 3 x 20 reps
  • Cross trainer sprints and squat intervals
It was intense and I thoroughly enjoyed it :)
