Wednesday night's PT

So it was PT again last night and here is what it entailed:

  • 5 mins run on treadmill
  • 3 x deadlifts with bar - 15 reps
  • 1 x deadlift with bar (lighter weight) 15 reps
  • 4 x burpee box jump - 10 reps
  • 4 x chest press - 15 reps
  • 4 x leg raise - 20 reps
  • 1 x chest press - 10 reps lighter bar
  • 3 x forward row - 15 reps
  • 3 x squat jumps
  • 3 x stepper bursts of 90 seconds
  • 3 x air squats
  • 3 mins run on treadmill
