Last night's PT - I'm back baby!!

So last night it was back to PT after an absence of 3 weeks and a weight gain of, oh, lets say a stone shall we? Oops!!

Here is what my first session back entailed:

  • Double box step ups - 3 x 15 reps per leg
  • Ski ropes - 3 x 300m sprints
  • Chest press with free weights - 3 x 15 reps
  • 4 minute jog on treadmill
  • Side skips up and down studio - burpee at each end - 8 lengths x 3 reps
  • Standing planks alternating - 3 sets of 8 reps
  • Studio length sprints and squat touch at end - 5 sets of 8 lengths
  • Tricep dips on step bench - 5 sets of 10 reps
  • Side squat studio length and burpee at end - 3 sets of 2 reps
  • Walking planks - 3 sets of 8 reps
  • 1 set of walking planks - 8 reps
  • Chest press - 3 sets of 10 reps and 1 light set of 10 reps
  • 3 minute run on treadmill
