Tonight's PT smashed!

So tonight was my third session of PT since I got back from my recent hols. As I am now a stone heavier than I was, it was always going to be hard work, but dear god tonight was a 10!!

Here is what he put me through ce soir:

  • rower sprints - 1500m in 100m sprint bursts
  • 800m run on treadmill
  • bench press with weight bar - 3 x 20 reps
  • 3 x burpee with box jump 15 reps
  • squat thrusts with weight bar - 3 x 15 reps
  • full burpees with jump - 3 x 6 reps
  • 400m run on treadmill
  • free weights chest press - 1 x 6 weight 15 reps
  • 50 star jumps
  • free weights chest press - 2 x 8 weight 15 reps
  • 2 x 50 star jumps
  • free weights chest press - 1 x 6 weight 10 reps
  • 400m run on treadmill
  • 3 x 10 reps on dip assist pull up machine
  • 3 x 30 star jumps
