3rd session at the gym tonight - 3 days running - whoop!!

Well. I said at the start of the week that I wanted to ramp up the exercise this week. I did not think I would manage 3 back to back sessions one day after one another, with another planned for tomorrow!! 

I am feeling good. Bit sore, bit achy, but boy have I got the gym bug now. Finally!! Beach body - here I come!
