Time for today's positivity post. First up, I actually went to the gym before work this morning. Yep - 7am I was up, dressed, had my oats and off to the gym!! I felt good, if a bit confused for the rest of the day as to what time it was, but still positive!!
Its Friday which is another positive. I always feel good on a Friday purely because of the fact its the weekend! Three gym sessions, stuck to my diet this week, good stuff.
Its been a tough day all in all, but the fact that I had been to the gym made me feel more in control, which is very positive. Tonight, we are just chilling out. We've had a healthy tea, and watching a movie. Feet up, having a little drink. Good stuff. :)
