Tonight's Personal Training

Tonight my Personal Trainer was trying to kill me I think!! Because I am losing weight, and getting stronger and fitter, he pushes me so much harder!!

Here is tonight's session:

  • 5 mins warm up run on treadmill
  • Deadlifts with weight bar - 1 set of 20
  • Deadlifts with heavier weight bar - 3 sets of 15 reps
  • 4 sets of 10 burpees and step jumps
  • Squatting upright row with weight bar - 4 sets of 15 reps
  • Sitting squats - 4 sets of 15 reps
  • Weight machine - 3 sets of 10 reps rows
  • Weight machine - 3 sets of 10 reps shoulder press
  • 3 sets of 8 straight arm burpees
  • Weight machine - pull ups - 1 set of 10 reps, 2 sets of 8 reps
  • Squat thrusts - 1 set of 30 reps, 2 sets of 20 reps
  • 10 minutes on cross trainer doing sprint intervals of 60 seconds
  • 2 minute sprint on treadmill
It was intense. Even more so, because it was my fourth session on consecutive days!! I am becoming the gym bunny!! My body just needs to catch up now and actually look like one!! :)
