Tonight's PT - slightly better experience this evening!

Tonight was PT again. I didn't make Saturday's session owing to my legs being too damned painful still from Thursday's session! This is what this evening entailed:

  • Sitting squats with TRX - 3 x 15 reps
  • 3 x ski machine sprints - 60 second sprints
  • 3 x single leg reverse lunges from step box each leg - 15 reps
  • Kettle bell box squats - 4 sets of 15 reps
  • 4 x 6 lengths running the studio length
  • Squat thrusts - 3 x 10 reps with weight bar
  • 3 x 6 lengths running the studio length
  • Bicep curl with bar 5 reps and 3 squats x 3 sets
  • 3 x 6 lengths running the studio length
  • 30 second sprints on treadmill, increasing speed - 7 minutes
It was intense, but I feel good. My fitness is improving, my breathing is getting back to normal. All good :)
