Weight Loss Plan - 10 week plan starting today

Monday is the beginning of this particular attempt, so I shall begin from there:

  • Monday 22nd Feb - Reboot!! 
  • Week 1 GOAL - 6lb loss (29th Feb) =6lb 
  • Week 2 GOAL - 3lb loss (7th Mar) = 9lb
  • Week 3 GOAL - 3lb loss (14th Mar) = 12lb
  • Week 4 GOAL - 2lb loss (21st Mar) = 1st
  • BIRTHDAY WEEK - maintain
  • Week 5 GOAL - 3lb (4th April) = 1st 3lb
  • Week 6 GOAL - 2lb loss (11th April) = 1st 5lb
  • Week 7 GOAL - 3lb loss (18th April) = 1st 8lb
  • Week 8 GOAL - 2lb loss (25th April) = 1st 10lb
  • Week 9 GOAL - 5lb loss (1st May) = 2st 2lb (3 day diet)
If I can lose 2 stone and 2lbs in 10 weeks, I will be the lowest weight I have been since I was 20!! Goal on!! :)
