Time for today's positivity post. Now, before I begin, its been a tough day today. So anything positive today is a bonus!!
So first up, I have been to the gym for Personal Training. I have done the 3 day diet Mon, Tues and Weds. I weighed myself this morning, and I am pleased with the result.
Today, or Day 4 if you will, I was determined not to go back to normal. I've actually ended up having less calories or points today, but that's ok. I dont even feel hungry :)
Thats about it for today. :)
