Tonights PT - Burn burn burn!!

Tonight was the worst session yet since my return to PT. When I say worst, I mean hardest. I actually thought I was going to cry and give up at one point, but I didn't!!

Here is tonight's session:

  • 300m warm row
  • 3 x 400m row sprints
  • 3 sets of squat thrusts with weight bar - 20 reps
  • 3 x sets of pull ups on assisted pull up machine
  • 3 sets of thrusters with weight bar - 15 reps
  • 3 x 2 minute double step sprints on stair master
  • 3 x 15 curl and twist free weights
  • Sprint runs on treadmill at increasing speeds
I can honestly say, my behind has never felt so hot. :)
