Tonight's PT

Tonight was PT. It was hardcore, as ever, but more than ever!! Trust me - I was a sweaty mess tonight!!

Here is what it entailed:

  • 10 minutes of cross trainer interval training
  • Kettle bell squats x 15 KG x 15 reps standing on step boxes
  • 10 box burpees (with jump)
  • Kettle bell squats x 20KG x 15 reps with extra squat in between reps x 3 sets
  • 10 box burpee (with jump) x 3 sets
  • Half mile run at fast pace on treadmill
  • 1 x Kettle bell squats with 12 KG  15 reps
  • Step box reverse lunges with TRX - 3 x 12 reps each leg, 1 x 15 reps per leg
  • 10 box burpee (with jump) x 4 sets
  • Half mile run at fast pace on treadmill
It was so hard. It may not look much, but my god it made my legs burn!! :)
