Tonight's PT

Tonight was PT and it was intense. Arms were the focus this evening as follows:

  • 5 minutes run on treadmill
  • Box push ups x 12
  • 6 lengths of studio running, with alternating burpees in sets of 3, then 2, then 1
  • Box push ups x 10 - 2 sets
  • 6 lengths of studio running, with alternating burpees in sets of 3, then 2, then 1 -  2 sets
  • Bench press with weight bar - 4 x 15 reps
  • Bench press with weight bar - 1 x 20 reps
  • Lengths of studio running, with burpee at each end x 5 sets
  • Bicep curl with weight bar x 5 reps and squat x 3 sets
  • Length of studio x 2 and 1 burpee x 3 sets
  • 3 sets of 1 minute rope pulls
  • 3 sets of 15 bench press with free weights
  • Interval sprints on the cross trainer
