10 Days to go - time for desperate measures!!

Right then, 10 days to go on my fitness and diet plan. So, I am going for it now.

Here is the low down on what is going to happen ( in my head, but going to do this):
  • Thurs - Abs and squats and housework!! (currently up to 6910 steps and 150 crunches)
    • Day 3 - 3 Day Diet
  • Friday - gym and abs - low cal day
  • Saturday - goal = 12000 steps, abs and squats  - low cal day
  • Sunday - gym, abs, squats
    • Day 1 - 3 Day Diet
  • Monday - gym, abs, squats
    • Day 2 - 3 Day Diet
  • Tuesday - PT, abs, squats
    • Day 3 - 3 Day Diet
  • Wednesday - gym, abs, squats - low cal day
  • Thursday - PT, abs, squats
    • Day 1 - 3 Day Diet
  • Friday - gym, abs, squats
    • Day 2 - 3 Day Diet
  • Saturday - beauty treatments, abs, squats
    • Day 3 - 3 Day Diet
Now that, if I succeed, is the plan that is going to get me in tip top beach shape :)
