Here is the plan then:

  • Wednesday - 500 crunches
  • 10,000 steps
  • get most packing done
  • 100 squats
  • 100 lunges
  • shower & exfoliate
  • book body scrub
  • keep calories low low low
  • drink loads of water
  • Boo Tea AM & PM
  • XLS medical tablets lunch and dinner

  • Thursday - PT
  • 500 crunches
  • 100 squats
  • collect toiletries - suncream etc.. 
  • 10,000 steps
  • finish packing
  • Day 1 - 3 day diet

  • Friday - gym
  • 500 crunches
  • 150 squats
  • 100 lunges
  • 25 push ups
  • 10,000 steps
  • Day 2 - 3 day diet
  • Nails
  • Lip & Chin wax
  • Eyebrow shape

  • Saturday
  • 500 crunches
  • 9am haircut
  • 150 squats
  • 100 lunges
  • leg wax
  • false eyelashes
  • Day 3 - 3 day diet
