Last night's PT - phewf

It was another intense session. Here we go:

  • 1 set of kettle bell swings - 20 reps
  • 3 sets of kettle bell swings - 30 reps
  • 3 sets of single arm kettle bell swings - 15 reps each arm
  • 3 sets of kettle bell squats 15 reps
  • 3 sets of kettle bell lunges - kneeling to standing - 20 reps
  • 2 minute run on treadmill
  • 1 x 2 minute double step on stair master
  • 2 x 90 second double step on stair master
  • walking lunges with belgian bag - 3 sets of 2 lengths
  • walking lunges with free weights - 4 lengths
  • 6 x 1 minute sprints on treadmill
I have this to say - ow ow ow!!
