The 3 week plan - warning - this is intense!!

I go away 3 weeks tomorrow. This is the last minute plan to get max weight loss and body toning:

  • Saturday 9th April - 3 day diet day 1 - 10,000 steps ( actually done 11038 steps)
  • Sunday 10th April - 3 day diet day 2 - 10,000 steps and gym
  • Monday 11th April - 3 day diet day 3 - 10,000 steps and gym
  • Tuesday 12th April - low cal / low carbs day - 10,000 steps and PT
  • Wednesday 13th April - low cal / low carbs day - 10,000 steps and gym
  • Thursday 14th April - 3 day diet day 1 - 10,000 steps and PT
  • Friday 15th April - 3 day diet day 2 - 10,000 steps and gym
  • Saturday 16th April - 3 day diet day 3 - 10,000 steps and gym
  • Sunday 17th April - low cal day - 10,000 steps and gym
  • Monday 18th April - low cal day - 10,000 steps and gym
  • Tuesday 19th April - 3 day diet day 1 - 10,000 steps and gym
  • Wednesday 20th April - 3 day diet day 2 - 10,000 steps and PT
  • Thursday 21st April - 3 day diet day 3 - 10,000 steps and gym
  • Friday 22nd April - low cal / low carb day - 10,000 steps and gym
  • Saturday 23rd April - low cal day - 10,000 steps
  • Sunday 24th April - 3 day diet day 1 - 10,000 steps and gym
  • Monday 25th April - 3 day diet day 2 - 10,000 steps and gym
  • Tuesday 26th April - 3 day diet day 3 - 10,000 steps and gym
  • Wednesday 27th April - low cal day - 10,000 steps and gym
  • Thursday 28th April - 3 day diet day 1 - 10,000 steps and PT
  • Friday 29th April - 3 day diet day 2 - 10,000 steps and PT
  • Saturday 30th April - 3 day diet day 3 - 10,000 steps
This is going to put me to the test. 3 day diet to max weight loss, maxing the gym sessions andlow cal on days in between. This has to be done. I feel better when I go to the gym - it settles my worries - plus, I will look banging on the beach :)
