The 30 day plan begins

I shall be doing the following intense program over the coming weeks. I have a holiday to aim for after all, so its all for my own benefit :

  • 30 Day Beach Body plan begins 1st April
  • 3 day diet at least once per week
  • PT x 2 per week
  • 10 minute exercise every morning
  • Walking 10,000 steps daily
  • Keeping to less than 1200 calories daily, every day
  • Squats - every day
  • Body scrubs - twice per week
  • Face exfoliate - twice per week
  • Book in for pre-holiday treatments
  • Start using serums for skin - Clarins
Generally, I am upping the ante and going for it big time. I have a beach to be on :)
