Today's PT - burns burns burns!!


Today, was very stress relieving and extremely hardcore!! 
  • 500 m treadmill jog warm up
  • 20 x body weight squats
  • 4 sets of dead lifts x 15 reps
  • 4 sets of 15 kettle bell squats on step boxes
  • 3 sets of 15 kettle bell squat and lift on step boxes
  • 4 sets of 6 burpees
  • 4 x 4 runs of the studio
  • 4 sets of 12 kettle bell swings
  • 4 x 4 runs of the studio
  • Side lunge half way across studio with free weight, drop and burpee and continue to end
  • Repeat opposite way and x 3 sets
  • 4 sets of 15 kettle bell swings
  • 4 sets of 90 second hill sprints on treadmill
  • cool down stretches
