Today's PT - I have very sore legs

Today was so hard, I almost gave up!! But I survived :

  • 3 minutes warm up run on treadmill
  • 20 full squats
  • 4 x 15 reps on leg press
  • 4 x 15 full squats
  • 4 x 15 squat box jumps
  • 1 x 15 heavy leg press
  • 1 x 15 lighter leg press
  • 1 x 15 squat box jumps
  • 3 minutes run on treadmill
  • 1 x 15 squat thrusts with weight bar
  • 1 x 15 squat box jumps
  • 1 x 12 squat thrusts with weight bar
  • 1 x 12 squat box jumps
  • 1 x 8 squat thrusts with weight bar
  • 1 x 8 squat box jumps
  • 3 minutes run on treadmill
  • 3 x 60 minute rope pull
  • 3 x 10 push ups
  • stretches to cool down.
