Today's PT


  • 3 minute warm up run on treadmill
  • 4 x 10 deadlifts
  • 4 x 6 lengths runs of the studio
  • 4 x chest press with weight bar - 10 reps
  • 4 x clean and press - 10 reps
  • 4 x 6 lengths runs of the studio
  • side squat and side steps - end to end 20 reps x 4 sets
  • 4 x 6 lengths runs of the studio
  • Cross trainer - interval sprints - 60 second and 30 second sprints
  • 6 x 200m rowing sprints on rowing machine
