Today's PT


  • 3 minute warm up run on treadmill
  • 2 x 20 reps on 16 KG kettle bell
  • 1 x 15 reps chest bar press
  • 1 x intense ab work - leg raise and weight pulse - 15 reps
  • 2 x 20 reps on 16 KG kettle bell
  • 1 x 12 reps chest bar press
  • 1 x intense ab work - leg raise and weight pulse - 15 reps
  • 2 x 20 reps on 16 KG kettle bell
  • 1 x 10 reps chest bar press
  • 1 x intense ab work - leg raise and weight pulse - 15 reps
  • 2 minute run on treadmill on incline
  • 3 x 15 kettle bell swing 16 KG
  • 3 x upright row - 16KG kettle bell - 10 reps per arm
  • 1 x upright row - 12KG kettle bell - 15 reps per arm
  • 1 x 12KG kettle bell swing - 15 reps
  • Upright row on bench - 3 x 10 reps with free weights
  • 2 minute run on treadmill on incline
  • 3 x chest press free weights - 10 reps
  • 3 x abs - 4 russian twists and full sit up - 5 feet up, 5 feet down
  • 3 x 100m sprints on rower, and 3 100m steady rows
