Tonight's PT - smashed it

Tonight was PT. It was intense. The most intense this year in fact and that's saying something!!

Here is tonight's session:

  • 1000m row - 700m steady, 300m sprint (phewf)
  • Deep squats with weight bar - 20 reps first set
  • Chest press with bar - 20 reps first set
  • Deep squats with weight bar - 15 reps x 3 sets
  • Chest press with bar - 15 reps x 3 sets
  • Deep squats with lighter bar - 1 x 20 reps
  • Chest press with lighter bar - 1 x 20 reps
  • 10 lengths running end to end in studio with 1 burpee each end
  • Side steps and touch down squat - 3 sets of 20 reps
  • Step up onto 3 step boxes - 3 sets of 20 reps
  • 10 lengths running the studio - 3 sets
  • 3 sets of 1 minute rope pulls
  • 3 sets of 10 push ups
  • 3 sets of 15 kettle bell squats - 20KG
  • 10 minutes of 30 second sprint runs on treadmill
