Back to PT today - phewf - survived again :)

Today, first session back after hols, so some 4 weeks since my last session. Easy? Not a chance. Here is what today entailed:

  • 2 minutes warm up run on treadmill 6mph
  •  4 x 15 reps deadlifts 
  • 4 x 15 reps chest press with weight bar
  • 2 minutes run on treadmill
  • 3 x 12 reps per leg step up onto 2 step boxes and knee lift with weight bar
  • 3 x 15 bicep curl and full squat
  • 2 minutes run on treadmill
  • 3 x 10 TRX floor squats
  • 3 x 10 each side TRX side twists
First one back and I was a sweaty mess!! Worst is over now though - onwards and upwards :)
